In 2011, our founders Arnold M. Baptiste and Aleksandre B. Mieger established CJN investments. CJN was initially founded to acquire assets that would act as inflationary hedges after the great recession. They both shared the fear that the Federal Reserve's quantitative easing measures would negatively affect their cash asset base. On the heels of the housing market crash, our founders began to acquire and build our Residential portfolio, laying the foundation for our investment company CJN Investments. ​
